Senior Program Manager, Business Transformation

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end project and program management strategy for complex, transformational Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives.
• Own project scope, timelines, schedules, and budgets from discovery through design, build, and roll-out.
• Develop comprehensive change management strategies, including impact analyses, stakeholder analyses, and training plans.
• Map current-state (As-Is) and design optimized future-state (To-Be) business processes to remove inefficiencies.
• Build and monitor project-specific KPIs to measure business performance and long-term value creation.
• Partner with Executive Stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT to facilitate alignment and decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional business programs and projects.
• Proven experience in process management and designing change management strategies.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to advise senior executive stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate and bring order to ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean or Continuous Improvement (CI) certification.
• Prosci Change Management Certification.
• Direct specialized knowledge or experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) functions.
• Advanced presentation-building capabilities and high-impact facilitation skills.
