Senior Program Manager, Business Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the program management and delivery of the University Talent Acquisition operating cadence, including strategic planning and business reviews (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs).
• Coordinate organization-wide communications, town halls, and team events to drive alignment across global geographies.
• Manage cross-functional initiatives through structured inspection mechanisms to drive accountability and visibility into milestones.
• Establish governance and scalable workflows for information management using tools like SharePoint and Asana.
• Use data-driven narratives to influence stakeholders and implement process improvements that deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive operational improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or a related field.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Experience designing and scaling workforce development or apprenticeship programs in large-scale corporate environments.
