Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale cybersecurity programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables across engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams.
• Guide executive decision-making on product strategy, technology investments, and long-term roadmap planning.
• Oversee program governance, risk management, and compliance with industry security standards.
• Champion AI and automation in program management to streamline planning, status reporting, and risk tracking.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize program efficiency.
• Mentor interdisciplinary team members and develop best practices to elevate organizational program management capabilities.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in a technical or product role managing large-scale software deployments.
• 12+ years of experience in program, project, or product management, including at least 8 years in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
• Expertise in Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Aha!.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing large-scale systems.
• Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification.
• Direct experience working within the cybersecurity industry.
• Experience applying AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Notion AI) to enhance program management workflows.
• Demonstrated interest in evaluating AI/ML-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
