About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale cybersecurity programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables across engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams.
- Guide executive decision-making on product strategy, technology investments, and long-term roadmap planning.
- Oversee program governance, risk management, and compliance with industry security standards.
- Champion AI and automation in program management to streamline planning, status reporting, and risk tracking.
- Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships to optimize program efficiency.
- Mentor interdisciplinary team members and develop best practices to elevate organizational program management capabilities.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in a technical or product role managing large-scale software deployments.
- 12+ years of experience in program, project, or product management, including at least 8 years in software development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Business, or a related field.
- Expertise in Agile or SAFe methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Aha!.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing large-scale systems.
- Proven ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certification.
- Direct experience working within the cybersecurity industry.
- Experience applying AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Notion AI) to enhance program management workflows.
- Demonstrated interest in evaluating AI/ML-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
