Senior Program Manager, Architecture Review Board

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the APAC AI Factory Architecture Review Board (ARB) process end-to-end, from initial intake through operations and pre-deployment handoff.
• Lead architecture governance, assessments of deployment preparedness, and validation activities for complex AI Factory deployments.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including solution architects, infrastructure specialists, engineering, networking, storage, security, and OEM partners.
• Manage ARB schedules, agendas, decision logs, action owners, risk tracking, and executive reporting.
• Maintain deployment gates, design checkpoints, and sign-off processes aligned with NVIDIA Reference Architectures and standards.
• Coordinate remediation and exception paths for designs that do not meet established criteria.
• Improve ARB templates, tools, documentation, and automation to scale governance across regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, business, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in large-scale infrastructure, cloud, networking, data center, or AI Factory environments.
• Experience coordinating architecture reviews, governance boards, or technical approval processes.
• Working understanding of AI infrastructure, GPU clusters, networking, storage, and data center operations.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar agile tools for risk management and dependency tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business impact for executives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GPU-accelerated computing, HPC, DGX SuperPOD, or enterprise data center environments.
• Familiarity with NVIDIA Reference Architecture and customer infrastructure validation processes.
• Experience with Salesforce and Wrike for pipeline tracking and workflow automation.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, Gemini) to improve program transparency and execution.
