Senior Program Manager, AMZL Launch & Expansion

Responsibilities

• Create innovative solutions using data and research to address wider organizational challenges
• Take a big-picture approach in analyzing business operations to drive improvements across multiple teams
• Work alongside senior leadership to establish, prioritize, and execute improvement programs from start to finish
• Enhance operational performance through continuous partnership with key stakeholders
• Drive and manage the implementation of creative, data-driven change within the AMZL Europe network

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
• Experience in program or project management
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or a related field
• Experience leading process improvements
• Fluency in speaking, writing, and reading German
• Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Prince2, or other relevant project management certifications
