Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end LIFT program tracking as the single source of truth across Forward, Reverse, and Inventory domains.
• Establish launch readiness governance by defining and enforcing clear frameworks, checkpoints, and go/no-go criteria.
• Identify and mitigate program-level operational and partner risks with clear escalation paths.
• Own executive reporting and the LIFT narrative to bridge product capabilities and operational readiness for senior leadership.
• Lead Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) to review operational metrics and implement tactical corrections.
• Manage the implementation and adoption of operational changes across global field and business teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive continuous improvements.
• Proven experience owning end-to-end program strategy and delivery.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or refugee/asylee status due to export control regulations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing programs in a greenfield or startup-like environment within a large organization.
• Experience working with hardware/device supply chains and logistics operations.
• 4+ years of experience defining and executing against complex program timelines and requirements.
• MBA or advanced degree in Operations Management or Business Administration.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
