Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall program strategy and planning for assigned regions and business units
• Drive the expansion and growth of global environmental training programs
• Apply project management best practices to execute plans, mitigate risks, and deliver results
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic, cross-functional, and business-critical training projects
• Build partnerships with key stakeholders to promote training program adoption
• Define, track, and monitor progress against success metrics and key performance indicators
• Manage environmental training content development and localization
• Partner with Environmental, WHS, and Operations departments to execute pilot and launch plans

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning end-to-end program strategy and communicating results to senior leadership
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• Knowledge of global environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations
• Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, or an equivalent field of study

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, or instructional design
• Experience designing and scaling upskilling or workforce development programs in large-scale operations
• Knowledge of general AI tools
