Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Build deep expertise in the brand growth and defect landscape across Amazon's marketplace
• Develop trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations
• Define program strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for your domain
• Manage timely and successful delivery of program milestones
• Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks across partner teams and manage escalations
• Build and deliver operational dashboards and management reports
• Lead adoption efforts across brand segments including Vendor Central and Seller Central
• Define and manage program KPIs such as defect resolution rate and profitability impact
• Present strategic insights to VP-level stakeholders and cross-functional leadership
• Provide analytical support to senior leaders on investment proposals and strategy documents

Requirements

• 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of delivering cross functional projects experience
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or related field
