Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to reduce Cost to Serve (CtS) by optimizing shipping cost unit economics and operational efficiency.
• Use advanced analytics and SQL to uncover inefficiencies, analyze cost/volume drivers, and develop actionable solutions.
• Partner with finance teams to validate cost models, forecast savings, and ensure alignment with global financial goals.
• Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) to identify systemic defects and implement scalable, long-term solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and technology to unblock delivery and implement process improvements.
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership to influence high-level decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, specifically delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with cost modeling, volume driver analysis, and P&L metrics.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical or financial ideas effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA in a business or operations-related field.
• 3+ years of experience with Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale global programs across diverse geographies.
