Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program charter for high-value defect resolution domains to drive brand profitability and growth.
• Define program strategy and multi-quarter roadmaps, organizing workstreams around defect identification, insight quality, and brand action enablement.
• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across retail, supply chain, pricing, and category management teams.
• Manage the timely delivery of program milestones, navigating risks, data dependencies, and system integration requirements.
• Develop operational dashboards and management reports to track KPIs such as defect resolution rates, profitability impact, and recommendation precision.
• Present strategic insights and investment proposals to VP-level stakeholders and cross-functional leadership.
• Drive the adoption of defect resolution capabilities across various brand segments and engagement channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Proven experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or a related field.
