Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the development and innovation of products and features to improve brand experience for worldwide brands within Retail Business Services.
• Identify brand requirements through primary and secondary research and gather business and systems requirements from stakeholders.
• Define program strategies, develop roadmaps, and organize workstreams and milestones.
• Manage the timely and successful delivery of programs, working with product owners and cross-functional teams to manage risks.
• Anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance trade-offs to resolve complex execution issues.
• Use data and analytics to make day-to-day business decisions and build operational management reports.
• Define and manage program KPIs using Voice of the Customer, experimentation, and data analysis.
• Present strategic program insights and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 5+ years of experience delivering cross-functional projects.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements.
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or a related field.
