Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead Partner Experience initiatives by analyzing feedback and developing scalable engagement and recognition programs.
• Drive Safety & Quality strategy across the AMET Hub Delivery network, ensuring compliance with local regulations and Amazon standards.
• Monitor and improve key quality metrics and establish regional benchmarks for continuous improvement.
• Manage Compliance & Risk by partnering with legal and engineering teams to identify and mitigate regulatory and operational risks.
• Develop and execute regional strategies and training to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Communicate program results, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership on a regular cadence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience using data and metrics to drive improvements across operational dimensions.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, complex formulas) and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, including operations and legal.

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience driving process improvements in logistics, last-mile delivery, or operations.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders across different geographies.
• Track record of building and scaling partner engagement or recognition programs.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in Middle East markets.
• Ability to build processes and project management frameworks from the ground up.
