Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational frameworks, processes, and tools to enable the InCommunities team to scale efficiently
• Lead quarterly and annual planning processes (OP1/OP2), including resource allocation, budgeting, and goal setting
• Establish and maintain operational metrics and dashboards to track program performance and social impact outcomes
• Build and maintain comprehensive analytics infrastructure to measure program impact, reach, and effectiveness
• Develop data models and reporting frameworks to provide visibility into key performance metrics
• Drive AI adoption within the organization to leverage emerging technologies for deeper community insights
• Support leadership in developing long-term community engagement strategy through data analysis and market research
• Develop business cases and SROI analyses for new community initiatives and investments

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, or analytics roles
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes in fast-paced environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience writing narratives and business documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements
• Experience in education, social impact, or community programs
• Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling
• Track record of implementing automation and process improvements
• PMP, Six Sigma, or other relevant certifications
