Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional programs with significant impact across multiple organizations
• Develop overall program strategy, aligning plans with senior leadership and driving execution across various teams
• Define program mission, vision, and tenets while setting objectives and analyzing data to drive quantified improvements
• Coordinate work between product, UX design, technical, and analytics teams to develop go-to-market and change management strategies
• Work autonomously in ambiguous environments to solve complex problems and mitigate risks
• Oversee gaps between teams, processes, and systems to reduce exposure to failure modes
• Develop, implement, and govern KPI reporting to provide visibility into milestones and performance across all projects

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience driving process improvements
• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, or a related field
• Experience in complex problem solving and working in tight schedule environments
• Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
