Senior Program Manager, AI Program Delivery & Operations

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational backbone for the SMB AI Transformation Team, overseeing the delivery of AI-enabled tools and workflows.
• Manage the full-cycle business case, including rigorous financial modeling, revenue opportunity quantification, and post-launch ROI tracking.
• Lead program governance through weekly workstream syncs, bi-weekly Steering Committee meetings, and monthly executive business reviews.
• Define and enforce readiness standards for product, quality, security, and operability to gate release decisions.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional partners in Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and GTM operations.
• Build executive transparency by delivering board-ready updates on program health and progress toward 2026 revenue targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on program or project management experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with complex dependencies.
• Demonstrated fluency in financial modeling and business case development, including the ability to defend models under CFO-level scrutiny.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence, with experience delivering presentations to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate with peer-level leaders and stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong commitment to rigorous standards, documentation (RACIs, decision logs), and governance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on familiarity with AI/machine learning concepts or technology-driven transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing high-visibility programs with significant financial investment ($3M+).
• Background in agile/scrum delivery and sprint-based development practices.
• Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday.com.
