Senior Program Manager - Advanced RF Systems

Responsibilities

• Lead the lifecycle of RF payloads, transponders, SAR, and communications systems from concept through flight
• Manage multiple active programs and make architectural decisions alongside Chief Engineers
• Manage high-stakes subcontracts and suppliers to protect schedule and margin
• Synchronize cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and spectrum management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for National Security, civil, and commercial customers
• Partner with Business Development on technical proposals and narratives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in physics, math, science, or a related technical discipline
• 5+ years of program management experience (8+ years for Level II)
• Proven track record of moving hardware and software from prototype to production
• Understanding of transponders, SAR, or advanced communication systems
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Experience identifying and neutralizing technical, schedule, or supply-chain risks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience transitioning low-volume prototypes into high-rate production
• Deep experience in National Security Space (NSS) or commercial telecommunications constellations
• Success in negotiating and executing large U.S. Government or commercial contracts
• Master's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and ERP systems
