Senior Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management including planning, delivery, resource management, and risk mitigation.
• Deliver program scope successfully with high quality, ensuring adherence to approved timelines and budgets.
• Support the estimation process by defining scope, milestones, and preparing statements of work.
• Establish structured program governance and maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption of AI and other productivity tools to achieve gains in delivery speed and quality.
• Manage program teams and provide guidance to ensure all tasks and outcomes meet program plans.
• Support sales activities by identifying new leads, reviewing solutions, and preparing proposals.
• Manage weekly resource planning and financial forecasting to ensure program profitability.

Requirements

• Proven track record in program management and delivery of digital transformation programs using enterprise applications.
• Experience delivering customer experience transformation programs using Adobe Experience Cloud products.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum based delivery; PMI or Agile/SCRUM certification is a plus.
• Strong technical ability to articulate high-level technical solutions to address business problems.
• Experience managing virtual, near-shore, and off-shore teams in an international environment.
• Demonstrated usage of AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI in program management activities.
• Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to create proposals and respond to RFPs/RFIs.
