Senior Program Management Specialist — Digital Enablement

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery for digital enablement initiatives, including planning, prioritization, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Lead cross-functional teams including product managers, CX/UX, architects, developers, and data integration teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Plan and execute SAFe Agile ceremonies, including Program Increment (PI) planning, while maintaining program backlogs and roadmaps.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for program-level issues, dependencies, and trade-offs.
• Build and track program-level KPIs and success metrics to report status and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Drive architectural and technical alignment regarding integration, data models, CRM platforms, and APIs.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement across business, technology, and executive constituencies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program or portfolio management experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology programs.
• 5+ years of experience with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent), data integration patterns, APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership and professional communication, including preparing materials for senior executives.
• Proven experience with SAFe Agile frameworks, including leading PIs and coordinating Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Experience managing large programs with multi-disciplinary teams and multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong analytical, financial, and risk-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the aviation, aerospace, or global services industries.
• Hands-on background in product management, CX/UX, or data engineering.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
• Experience with Salesforce ecosystems (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, etc.).
