Senior Program Integrator

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on the overall health of programs, initiatives, and portfolios
• Perform holistic analysis across multiple contracts to identify cost, schedule, and performance concerns
• Draft acquisition and program documents including SOWs, PMPs, and Risk Management Plans
• Provide financial and summary reports to GPMs and assist with resource allocation
• Utilize program management tools like MS Excel and Plan-It for planning and execution reporting
• Prepare presentations, point papers, and briefing charts for government decision-making
• Create bi-weekly execution, cost estimating, and staffing reports

Requirements

• TS/SCI with a polygraph
• 12 years of experience in DoD/IC program management, contract management, or financial management with a Bachelor's degree
• Alternative experience paths: PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level III certifications with additional years of experience
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts

• Familiarity with Plan-It
