Senior Program Experience Strategist

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to identify and address gaps in existing program experience solutions and processes.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for optimization.
• Design and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with organizational goals to drive positive change.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including academic departments, technology, operations, and student services, to implement initiatives.
• Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of strategic improvements.
• Lead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training, to ensure successful implementation.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Program Experience Solutions team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in strategic planning, program management, or a related field.
• Experience working within higher education or a similar complex industry.
• Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives and driving change within large organizations.
• Experience with online learning platforms, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and educational technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and fostering inter-departmental collaboration.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Model.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience promoting equity and access within a diverse and inclusive educational environment.
