Senior Program Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide direct customer support for the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) THAAD program office by translating requirements into executable acquisition plans.
• Manage the entire acquisition life cycle, including proposals, financial management, cost analysis, and contractual documents.
• Generate Contract Requirement Packages (CRPs) such as Statements of Work, Performance Work Statements, and market research reports.
• Develop Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and recommended Contract Line-Item Number (CLIN) structures.
• Advise program leadership on optimal contracting approaches, including FAR-based contracts, IDIQ vehicles, UCA, and OTA.
• Oversee the creation of briefing products and maintain technical/administrative databases for reporting to DoD, MDA, and Army management.
• Participate in Integrated Project Team (IPT) meetings and review contractor deliverables.

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. Degree with 10+ years of experience, or 18 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active Secret security clearance.
• Experience providing materiel acquisition support and technical analysis for DoD or industry programs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as an MDA Program Analyst.
• Deep understanding of MDA acquisition processes and procedures.
