Senior Program Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of medium-sized programs or projects
• Develop and manage program plans, schedules, and deliverables
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and performance evaluations
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends and opportunities
• Develop detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership
• Serve as a primary point of contact for program-related inquiries
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to optimize program processes and efficiency
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in program analysis or project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Smartsheet
• Proficiency in data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python for data analysis
• Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2)
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles
• Familiarity with federal or state government program management processes
• Strong technical writing skills
