Senior Professional, Talent Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise rollout of AI-powered learning platforms, including Sana and the Talent Hub, to drive employee adoption.
• Partner with Talent Management leads to integrate new technologies seamlessly into the daily flow of work.
• Facilitate leadership and team member development programs both virtually and in-person to spark engagement.
• Design and build transformative learning experiences, ranging from interactive workshops to digital resources.
• Manage critical talent initiatives from concept to launch using strong project management practices.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• High level of tech fluency with a track record of adopting and championing AI and modern learning technologies.
• Proven ability to facilitate and engage diverse audiences, making complex topics actionable.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with experience launching large-scale projects.
• A builder's mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive continuous improvement.
