Senior Professional Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical liaison and trusted advisor for Loqate identity and address verification solutions
• Lead clients through complex solution deployments, customer onboarding, and technical account management
• Tailor integration solutions using knowledge of operating systems and web development languages
• Provide technical expertise to Business Development and Customer Success teams
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across web services, system architecture, and mobile solutions
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to influence product roadmaps
• Build lasting customer relationships by monitoring post-implementation success and identifying growth opportunities

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting)
• Experience with address verification technology and e-commerce integrations (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Shopify)
• Proficiency with web services, systems architecture, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Expertise in data quality analysis, integration support, and technical troubleshooting
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous engagements
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to both developers and business stakeholders
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment
