Senior Professional Services Consultant

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic, day-to-day partner for customers, offering expert guidance on product functionality and addressing solution-related needs.
• Lead the scoping and delivery of client-specific requirements, including tailored demos and hands-on technical implementation.
• Take a consultative approach to drive platform adoption, retention, and long-term growth.
• Partner with the Account Management team to identify and execute upsell opportunities.
• Gauge customer engagement levels and provide feedback to internal teams to drive product and service improvements.
• Guide customer escalations both internally and with external partners.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in a SaaS environment (Professional Services, Implementation, or Customer Success) or a media agency.
• Proven experience working with Enterprise accounts.
• Experience working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with high IT affinity.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• A client-oriented personality with an empathetic and positive attitude.
