Senior Professional, Infrastructure Technology and Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a technical team focused on Oracle HCM Cloud
• Guide the team on technical areas including HCM Extracts, BI Publisher reports, Fast Formula, and HDLs
• Configure core HCM modules and manage system security
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to provide regular status and issue reports
• Support HCM Functional teams with HDL, HSDL Loaders, and HCM Extracts
• Identify and resolve system issues to maintain stability and performance
• Provide end-user and administrator documentation and training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 12+ years of experience, primarily focused on Oracle HCM Cloud
• Hands-on experience with Core HR, Global HR, OTL, Absence, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, and Learning
• Proficiency in HCM/OTL Formulas and exception handling
• Strong SQL skills with experience in fine-tuning and the HCM Data model
• Deep expertise in HDL, HSDL Loaders, and HCM Extracts

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion applications and PaaS technologies
• Experience with Redwood Pages
• Knowledge of personalization and Design Studio
• Cross-functional knowledge of Finance and PPM
• Expertise in OIC Integration, WSDL, REST, and SOAP APIs within HCM modules
