Senior Professional, Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide electrical design leadership on single and multi-disciplinary projects across various sectors including Transport, Defence, and Data Centres.
• Lead small to medium-sized engineering design packages and support complex programs to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with external clients, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Deliver best practice design solutions focused on optimizing time and reducing costs without compromising quality.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify new business development opportunities.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the Building Services business unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Electrical Engineering.
• 7 to 10+ years of industry experience, specifically working on Australian building services projects.
• Experience in a consulting environment is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different scales and sectors.
• Strong project management and client relationship management skills.
• Sound working knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and Codes, including AS/NZS 3000 and NCC.
