Senior Professional, Account Management

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of the Italian market business in alignment with integrated marketplace strategies.
• Define partner assortments, go-to-market plans, and forecasts to execute against strategic account plans.
• Own the execution of seasonal sales and go-to-market processes and milestones within budget and timelines.
• Establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to provide best-in-class customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customer Operations, Business Planning, Merchandising, Retail Marketing, and Finance.
• Contribute to seasonal planning, performance reviews, and continuous improvement to connect with the Converse consumer.

Requirements

• Solid experience in customer management, ideally within the fashion, sports, or retail sectors.
• Proven sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics.
• Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of financial processes and forecasting.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix-oriented environment.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
• A passion for the Converse brand and culture.
