About the role
Responsibilities
- Define relevant Partner Assortments, Go To Market plans, opportunities, and forecasts to execute against Strategic Account Plans.
- Own the execution of Seasonal Sales and Go To Market processes and milestones within budget and timelines.
- Establish and maintain internal and external relationships with key stakeholders to provide best-in-class customer service.
- Collaborate with Customer Operations, Business Planning, Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Contribute to seasonal planning, performance reviews, and continuous improvement to connect with the Converse consumer.
- Help translate the Global Growth Strategy into actionable plans for assigned accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
- Proven account management experience, ideally within the Fashion, Sports, or Retail industry.
- Experience in buying, merchandising, or sales with a strong awareness of selling dynamics.
- Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of financial processes and forecasting.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix-oriented environment.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
