Senior Production Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Monitor production systems and applications to ensure availability and performance
• Provide L2 support to end-users and perform root cause analysis for incidents
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to system performance, application errors, and data integrity
• Assist in the deployment and rollout of new releases, patches, and updates
• Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth operations
• Ensure production systems adhere to organizational security policies and compliance requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in production support or application support
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and database management
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog or other cloud-based tools
• Experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Test Plans, Repos/Git, Pipelines)
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
• Experience providing ITSM using ITIL best practices
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint based applications is preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work on shifting schedules (dayshift and midshift)
