Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the sanitation department
- Ensure manufacturing operations remain clean, safe, and production-ready
- Coach and develop production leads to build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Manage tools, resources, and support to meet production schedules and compliance standards
- Partner with manufacturing leaders to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with the Mixing department and serve as backup supervisor for Mixing as needed
- Manage an overnight, weekend 12-hour shift schedule
