Senior Production Supervisor - MP&L

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a dedicated hourly team to meet or exceed production targets and quality standards
• Act as a champion of workplace safety, proactively enforcing regulations and fostering a culture of vigilance
• Drive operational excellence by identifying and eliminating inefficiencies and implementing continuous improvement processes
• Utilize data and insights to reduce downtime and quality defects, transforming raw data into actionable intelligence
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and psychologically safe work environment through servant leadership
• Mediate conflicts fairly and effectively, building strong relationships with team members, suppliers, and union representatives
• Manage accountability for both personal performance and the hourly workforce regarding processes and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of supervisory, manufacturing, military, or other relevant experience
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts
• Ability to work rotating shifts/hours, including nights and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology
• Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) experience or equivalent
