Senior Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Own and drive performance against Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (S, Q, D, I, P) KPIs
• Lead and facilitate team meetings, documenting action items and communicating business priorities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using CI tools and methodologies to ensure timely closure of Corrective Action Requests (CARs)
• Monitor production performance across the floor to ensure adherence to build and shipment schedules
• Manage, track, and analyze production capacity versus demand to optimize efficiency
• Enforce established policies, processes, and procedures while mentoring junior leaders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to identify and implement best-in-class operational practices
• Support production planning and execution based on material plans and capacity analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience
• Strong background in mixed model/medium-volume manufacturing environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to lead, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an ISO controlled facility
• Lean/CI certificate or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
