Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of production leads and operators through coaching, training, and development
• Oversee daily encapsulation production activities to ensure safety, efficiency, and high quality standards
• Ensure the team has necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to meet production goals
• Maintain strict compliance with cGMP, OSHA, and company standards
• Partner with cross-departmental leaders to maintain smooth operations and continuous process improvement
• Mentor future leaders and support hiring and talent development initiatives
• Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Experience in a production leadership role
• Knowledge of cGMP and OSHA standards
• Ability to manage and develop production teams
• Experience in encapsulation or similar manufacturing environments
