Senior Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage production shifts within the Electrophysiology division, ensuring performance regarding safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean principles on the production line, including 5S and work center organization.
• Develop high-performance teams by providing coaching, performance management, and professional development.
• Maintain high visibility with production staff through a hands-on approach to problem-solving and daily communication.
• Ensure product quality through standard work, training in operation and inspection techniques, and data-driven decision-making.
• Support and implement new, customer-focused processes and lead change management initiatives.
• Hire, retain, and manage a diverse and highly qualified staff.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to set goals and provide constructive feedback.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting at multiple levels of the organization.
• Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
• Experience working in a broader enterprise or cross-division business unit model.
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
