Senior Production Specialist

Responsibilities

• Build, integrate, and test electronic equipment and space electronic warfare systems
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and facility managers on material availability and schedules
• Complete production checklists and acceptance test procedures
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Document production data, manage configurations, and maintain accurate records
• Operate and monitor test equipment and verify calibrations
• Inspect products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications
• Assist with production planning and continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide instruction to junior production technicians

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 8+ years of experience, or 12+ years of equivalent experience
• US Citizenship (must be clearable)
• Functional knowledge of ground systems for RF emissions
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and test procedures
• Strong troubleshooting skills in hardware, software, and networking
• Physical ability to lift, rack, and stack equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical certification or training in a related field
• Experience working with ground terminal equipment
• Familiarity with logistics and asset management of government property
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jacks
