Responsibilities

• Lead multi-station process changes spanning multiple teams and stakeholders
• Define validation strategy and evidence packages for major changes and new processes
• Drive systemic defect reduction through layered controls and early detection
• Mentor engineers and technicians in structured problem solving and process thinking
• Balance speed vs rigour and make clear calls with quantified risk

Requirements

• Proven ownership of complex process systems and factory rollouts
• Strong ability to set standards including controls, documentation, audits, and readiness
• Comfortable being accountable for outcomes on the production line
