Senior Production Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Own strategic planning for the production site, including workforce, capacity, and production planning
• Develop and manage short-, mid-, and long-term planning aligned with demand forecasts
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to ensure executable production plans
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to identify optimization opportunities
• Enhance planning, reporting, and governance processes while ensuring high data quality
• Prepare management reports and decision-making materials for site leadership

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in production planning, capacity planning, or workforce planning
• Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environments
• Expertise in forecasting, capacity planning, and performance management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP, Business Intelligence, or Workforce Management systems
• Structured, proactive, and collaborative working style
