Senior Production Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute inventory strategies to support sales demand, service level goals, and overall inventory health
• Manage inventory levels across various categories, divisions, accounts, or channels
• Monitor key metrics including weeks of supply, sell-through, on-hand inventory, receipts, and demand trends
• Identify and communicate inventory risks such as excess, shortages, slow movers, and service risks
• Build and maintain inventory reporting, dashboards, and weekly business recaps
• Analyze inventory fill rate, aged inventory, and receipt performance
• Own the monthly demand-to-buy process across assigned channels
• Maintain key Blue Yonder planning parameters to influence buy recommendations and inventory targets

Requirements

• 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of SAP
• Working knowledge of Blue Yonder
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Sciences (BA/BS)
