Senior Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work in designated areas and supervise shift duties
• Collaborate with Team Leader to increase production efficiency
• Ensure timely execution of production operations and high order quality
• Perform quality controls to maintain high standards
• Prepare for upcoming shifts by verifying material availability
• Monitor production quality according to product specifications
• Maintain machine hygiene and perform changeovers
• Act as the first point of contact for other operators on the shift
• Participate in daily operational meetings
• Collaborate with warehouse, packaging, quality, and engineering departments
• Support the team with production line tasks, cleaning, or warehouse/packaging assistance
• Adhere to established standards, KPIs, and safety/hygiene protocols

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Readiness to work in a cold environment
• Ability to perform physical work (bending, lifting, long periods of standing)
• Availability for 12-hour shift work
• Sanitary-epidemiological certificate (cost covered by company if needed)
• Communicative Polish language skills
• Commitment to food quality and safety
• Resilience and flexibility in facing challenges
• A love for dogs
