Senior Production Operator III

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot automated production equipment in a clean manufacturing environment
• Perform machine set-up, repairs, adjustments, changeovers, and preventative maintenance
• Interpret data from automated control systems and displays
• Adhere to all safety requirements (PPE, LOTO) and process requirements (SOP, Batch Records)
• Support Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEx) activities including Continuous Improvement and Total Productive Maintenance
• Act as a Certified Trainer to coach and train new hires
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for production equipment and technical resources
• Communicate safety, quality, and equipment repair recommendations to management

Requirements

• 3-6 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical skills for machine set-up, repairs, and adjustments
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, multi-meters, and other mechanical equipment
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID, schematics, drawings, and product batch records
• Demonstrated proficiency in cGMP and Good Documentation Practice

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience as an operator or mechanic
• Technical school certificate or Auto Mechanic Program certificate
• Industrial maintenance or repair experience
