Senior Production Operator (Heat Treater)

Responsibilities

• Prepare furnaces and other equipment for heat treatment processes
• Supervise heat treatment processes in accordance with technological documentation
• Prepare production batches before and after hardening and tempering processes
• Control operations to ensure compliance with quality and production requirements
• Maintain workshop documentation following established instructions and procedures
• Ensure the proper technical condition of furnaces, tools, and heat treatment equipment
• Adhere to safety, quality, and organizational work standards

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of metal heat treatment
• Ability to perform measurements using classical measuring tools
• Ability to read and interpret technological documentation related to heat treatment
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office
• Availability to work in a shift system
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical education
• Previous experience in a similar production role
• Experience operating heat treatment devices such as washers, hardening furnaces, and tempering furnaces
• Ability to straighten parts using thermal processes
