Senior Production Manager Assembly

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end final assembly operations for advanced UAV and drone platforms.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, quality, and delivery performance.
• Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with aerospace and defense standards.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex programs on time.
• Maintain the highest levels of quality, safety, and efficiency within a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Oversee drone/UAV assembly processes including airframe integration, avionics, propulsion, payloads, and wiring harnesses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10–12+ years of experience in aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• 5+ years of experience specifically leading UAV/drone final assembly operations.
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
• Deep proficiency in aerospace quality and production standards, including NADCAP, FAI/PPAP, and SPC.
• Proven track record of delivering complex aerospace programs in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven, root-cause focus.
