Senior Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire production process within the joinery and wood factory to ensure timely delivery.
• Plan and schedule production activities based on project requirements and delivery deadlines.
• Analyze production processes and implement lean manufacturing techniques to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Coordinate manpower, machinery, materials, and tools to ensure smooth operations and optimal machine utilization.
• Ensure all products comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Review production drawings and provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to the factory team.
• Monitor material consumption and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Proven experience working within a Joinery company is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar production engineering role.
• A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Expertise in woodworking machinery, equipment, and tools.
• Proficiency in CAD software for design evaluation and production planning.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to guide production supervisors.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
