Senior Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with global engineering teams to analyze well and field performance to drive production optimization
• Partner with cross-disciplinary teams including reservoir, facilities, and operations engineers to identify debottlenecking opportunities
• Champion production optimization by engaging stakeholders to deliver technical solutions and process improvements
• Support operator teams in production planning, capacity enhancement, and downtime optimization
• Develop and apply data-driven or physics-based technologies for oilfield production optimization
• Conduct economic evaluations for well intervention and stimulation operations
• Manage production data quality assurance, including measurement and allocation
• Mentor and develop the technical capabilities of team members through training

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in petroleum, chemical, mechanical, or a relevant engineering discipline
• Minimum 7.0 GPA from a recognized university
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Production Engineering
• Proven experience in mentorship and team leadership
• Experience leading cross-disciplinary projects
• Expertise in inflow/outflow/flowline modeling
• Expertise in production well testing and allocation principles
• Expertise in network modeling and facilities operations
• Expertise in artificial lift methods and systems
