Senior Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations, maintenance, and subject matter experts to optimize plant performance and solve technical problems.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause investigations for equipment failures, asset utilization losses, and unplanned events.
• Apply and improve Most Effective Technology (MET), process automation, and operating discipline to drive reliable operations.
• Monitor daily process data, alarm history, and key performance indicators to improve yield, operating rates, and waste reduction.
• Provide engineering support for critical equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and spare parts strategy.
• Contribute technical input to turnaround planning, work orders, and equipment reliability analysis.
• Maintain a strong field presence to provide guidance during procedure development and reinforcement of critical operating steps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical engineering preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to meet physical demands, including wearing safety equipment, climbing ladders, and working in various industrial environments.
