Senior Production Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations, maintenance, and subject matter experts to optimize plant performance and solve technical problems.
• Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause investigations for equipment failures and unplanned events.
• Monitor daily process data, alarm history, and key process indicators (KPIs) to improve yield and reduce waste.
• Provide engineering support for critical equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and spare parts strategy.
• Maintain a strong field presence to provide technical guidance during procedure development and reinforcement of safety precautions.
• Contribute engineering input to turnaround planning, work orders, and equipment reliability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with plant operating permits and optimize site integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required (Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical engineering preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
• Ability to work legally in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Ability to meet physical demands, including wearing safety equipment, climbing ladders, and working in various industrial environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and how unit operations interact.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve flow.
• Strong data analysis skills to guide troubleshooting and operational decisions.
