Senior Production Director

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a diverse team of 80+ designers, developers, and production specialists in Mexico City.
• Drive the strategic transformation of the hub into a GenAI-first production powerhouse using proprietary tools.
• Establish and maintain rigorous standards for creative and production output to meet global client expectations.
• Re-engineer legacy workflows to integrate automated, augmented, and hyper-efficient GenAI processes.
• Manage resource allocation, talent development, and career pathways to ensure high performance and retention.
• Partner with global product and engineering teams to provide feedback for continuous platform improvement.
• Drive commercial profitability through efficient resource utilization and participation in global pitches.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative production, digital advertising, or studio management.
• 4+ years of senior leadership experience managing large teams of 50+ people.
• High level of Generative AI literacy and experience with AI-driven creative workflows.
• Native Spanish fluency and professional English proficiency.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including experience with scoping, budgeting, and resource modeling.
• Proven track record in change management and transforming traditional operations into tech-driven models.

• Direct experience managing an AI transition within a creative organization.
• Deep understanding of the US digital advertising market and high-volume asset production.
• A robust network of top-tier freelance creative and production talent across Mexico and LATAM.
