Senior Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate artists across teams and departments on VFX, CG animation, or game productions
• Prepare playlists, set team calendars, and track shot data in Shotgrid
• Take notes in touchbases and rounds and communicate client/supervisor feedback to artists
• Liaise between artists, leads, and supervisors; facilitate workstation, software, and meal needs
• Track inventory and drive workflow to meet bid days and quota targets
• Problem solve with supervisors and APMs to address inventory and delivery challenges
• Mentor junior Production staff and monitor team wellbeing and morale
• Handle client interactions professionally during reviews and email correspondence

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in VFX Feature Film, CG animation, or Game production
• 3+ years as a Production Coordinator in VFX/CG/Game production
• Advanced understanding of digital production workflows and Shotgrid
• Expert multitasking and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem solving and strategic planning abilities
• Composure under challenging deadlines and effective conflict resolution skills
