Senior Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a team of artists on a show, supporting APMs, DPMs, and Producers
• Track shot data and report into Shotgrid
• Communicate Supervisor and Client comments to artists
• Liaise between artists, leads, and supervisors
• Manage team calendars, meeting playlists, and note-taking
• Monitor artist workflow, inventory, and quotas to ensure deadlines are met
• Mentor junior production team members
• Facilitate artist needs regarding workstations, software, and hardware

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Production Coordinator in VFX, CG animation, or Game production
• Advanced understanding of Shotgrid
• Deep understanding of digital production workflows (Assets, Layout, Animation, FX, Lighting/Comp)
• Proficiency in both French and English
• Expert multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical shot analysis skills
• Experience with production scheduling and tracking software
